We offer a 14 day return policy for all orders within the European Union. This means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it. It must be unused, unworn, with all tags, and in the original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at support@memoried-canvas.com. Once your return request has been approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

United States

Orders shipped to the United States are not eligible for returns. All sales to the USA are final. Please make sure to review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without requesting a return first will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us immediately if your item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will review the issue and make it right.

Exceptions and non returnable items
Some items cannot be returned. This includes custom products, personalized items, perishable goods, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases.
We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
If you want a different item, the fastest way is to return the item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and will let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within ten business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card provider may need additional time to process the refund.
